Cancellation policy

Please note that 24 hours is required to make a cancellation or to reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations that are done 24 hours or more prior to the start of the booking will incur a refund back to your payment card. If you didn’t pay at the time of your booking, you will not be charged. Appointments can also be rescheduled via the link in your email confirmation.

Late Cancellations & no shows

Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of your booking time will be charged at the full price. No show appointments will also be charged as if you attended the booking. Please note that your payment details will be taken at the time of booking and you will be charged only after the time of the booking has passed.
