With my combined experience as a Massage Therapist, qualified Personal Trainer and Football Player, I believe a training programme should be well balanced and personalised to meet your evolving needs and specific goals. Areas of training I focus on include functional training, strength and conditioning while implementing methods of recovery. I aim to empower clients to reach their health and fitness goals, while ensuring you are enjoying your programme. I have worked with a wide range of clients from corporations and brands such as the BBC and Nubian Skin, to business people, nurses and youth athletes. My experience with a varied client base has given me a unique approach to designing bespoke training programmes, catering to all fitness levels.

An emphasis is placed on creating bespoke training programs to meet your needs and goals, while accommodating your lifestyle. Whether it is training at home or in a park - I work on designing flexible programmes to ensure you get the most out of your training. A combination of different training methods can be included such as, strength development, HIIT, core stability and mobility. My priority is making sure you are training safely, meanwhile maximising your training potential.

    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your goals, medical history and current fitness levels. We’ll then create a personalised plan to meet your specific needs and goals.

    Depending on what we find from your initial session and consultation, your programme can be adapted to optimise performance or function in a particular area. For example, this can be a focus on upper or lower body, aerobic conditioning or a more integrated programme.

  • Integrative

    True wellness is more than just physical gains and isn’t always linear in progress. We’ll work together to form a plan that is well integrated into your lifestyle to encourage healthy habits.
